USA customers please allow 2 to 3 business days for Priority mail and 5 to 6 business days for First Class mail delivery. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together as we want your merchandise to arrive as soon as possible. UPS Ground can take from 3 to 6 days to arrive.

We offer multiple shipping methods to our customers via UPS - (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated for all orders.

If after 2 weeks you have not received your merchandise OR we have not emailed you with a notice of delay, you should email us concerning your order. Please include all pertinent information (Order number, email address, your name, shipping address, and a copy of your original order e-mail).

Special Note for UPS Customers: UPS shipping
services now charge a $5 rerouting fee for all packages that need to be
sent to a different address while in transit. Shipping addresses can be
changed prior to your order/pre-order being processed. Customers who
fail to update their shipping address prior to the order leaving our
warehouse will be assessed the additional $5 fee for this rerouting
service. If you have moved or are planning to move, please update your
account or call us BEFORE shipping to avoid this fee!
International Customers ONLY - Your First Order
Paypal Exception: If your using PAYPAL as your payment method and your address has been verified by PAYPAL then this section can be skipped. Due to credit card / Paypal fraud we now must verify billing address information before charging your Paypal. When placing your first order with K & C Collectibles, please download the Credit Card Form . Right-click on the form name and select "Save Target As..." from the dialog box. This will save the file on your computer. This document must be completed, signed (real hand signature) and returned to us via e-mail or regular mail. We also require a copy of your driver's license or passport with picture. The address on the driver's license or passport must match the address of your ship TO: address. We will not ship to an alternate address out side the USA.
Paypal Exception: If your using PAYPAL as your payment method and your address has been verified by PAYPAL then the above is waived (not required).
International Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges for International orders will be determined using U.S. postal service. Weight and size determines the cost. Priority Mail and Express Air Mail comes with insurance and a tracking number. International customer can get a good idea of the cost of shipping by creating an account, adding the product to your shopping cart, then clicking on the "Checkout" link. The system will calculate the shipping cost to your country. If you have questions please email us cs@kandccollectibles.com. A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied to any International orders if canceled after we charge the credit card.
VAT tax
K & C Collectible will no longer be able to ship to countries that require us to collect the VAT tax. If you live in those countries you will need to protest this collection of a tax from another country. We will not collect your taxes. We are blocking all counties that require this tax from placing order on our site.
Important Note: The IOSS portal is NOT required for U.S. sellers. It is an optional program intended to expedite e-commerce order delivery to EU countries, while collecting VAT efficiently. U.S. sellers who do not register for IOSS will have their packages delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid, meaning the buyer must pay VAT and potential additional customs clearance fees before the shipping carrier will release their package

Purchases are payable using PayPal. They accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Novus in US funds only. For your own protection PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH! Applicable sales tax of 9.0% will be added to orders placed by Arkansas residents.

If your shipping address is different than your credit card billing address, please provide this information in the proper place on the Order Form. This is for your protection and to assist us in verifying your credit card has not been stolen. The billing address must match 100% to your credit bank information. If they don't match your order will be canceled and the credit card refunded. Please do not use pre-paid credit cards as the billing address will not match and the order will be canceled.

We now only accept PayPal payments. For those who do not wish to give out credit card information over the web. Call K & C Collectibles and make special arrangements. If your option is to send check or money order, complete the order form and indicate check or money order. K & C Collectibles will need to turn this option on during your check out process. Please do not forget to mail payment immediately so your order is not delayed further than necessary. Sending payment via Snell mail could result in merchandise being sold out prior to your payment's arrival. Merchandise will NOT be held. Payment by personal check will require an additional 10 business days to clear your bank.

To receive a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be unopened, in resell-able condition and in the original packaging.
K & C Collectibles will send the customer a shipping label if the issue is determined to be our fault. Shipping and handling charges are the Customer responsibility for returns when customer purchased the wrong product, or customer no longer want the item.
If the shipping carrier damages the item a claim will be filed with the carrier and a refund will be provided to the customer based on the amount refunded by the carrier.
